Nothing Beats a Face-to-Face

Last week was a heavy travel week—three cities in four days. We were able to finish it off in Denver, spending time with a client, a potential future partner, and carving out a couple of days together to do our own version of team building.
Great coffee. Long conversations. Dinners out. Plenty of laughter. And the simple gift of catching up.
We spend much of the fall, winter, and spring doing this work with executive and leadership teams...creating space for strategy, setting priorities and goals for the year, strengthening team cohesion, and investing in both individual and team development. This time, we got to do the same work for ourselves.
When you’re in business together, being friends matters. Trust, honesty, and knowing one another beyond the work create a stronger foundation for everything else...and it makes the work better, more grounded, and more fun.
Being in the same place thinking, listening, reflecting, and planning brings clarity and alignment in a way nothing else can.
We left energized and grateful for the friendship we’ve built, the work we get to do, and the year ahead.
